Terms and Conditions

Programs

Our brochures contain exclusive programs of California Connections Tours & Resorts, (further CC).
CC assumes that passengers have been more than reasonably informed of and agree with the details of the programs and the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

Reservations

To secure limited space, early reservations are recommended.
30 % deposit is required at the time of reservation.
An invoice confirmation will be sent after the deposit has been received.
That invoice will indicate the due date of the final payment, that is normally 35 days prior to departure.
Late reservations can be accepted subject to availability, however the original prices can not be guaranteed.

Payment schedule

At the time of reservation 30 % deposit is due.
35 days prior to departure full payment is due.
Late reservations (within 35 days of departure) full payment is due.

Airline information

Complete airline information is due at the time of reservation (itinerary, dates, times, flight numbers).

Passenger list

35 days prior to departure a rooming list is due for hotel reservations.

Cancellation

All tour participants have the right to cancel the trip based on the following conditions.
Cancellation can be made by the same person who arranged the original reservation.
Cancellation will be in effect on the day when our office receives the cancellation in writing.

Refund policy

If cancelled 40 or more days prior to departure $50.00 cancellation fee applies.
If cancelled 15-39 days prior to departure 80 % of the full price is refundable.
If cancelled 3-14 days prior to departure 50 % of the full price is refundable.
If cancelled within 2 days or no show, there is no refund.
For services ordered but not used, there is no refund.
Refund requests must be made in writing and sent by certified or registered mail within 30 days after departure.

Payments

Payments are due in US Dollars (USD).
Sender must pay all banking transfer fees.
CC must receive the net rate shown on the invoice.
Transfers generally take 5-7 business days.

Price includes

1. Meet and greet at the airport, transfer to the hotel, orientation.
2. Accommodation in carefully selected good quality hotels, with central locations, close to major attractions, shopping and entertainment opportunities.
3. Transportation by air-conditioned luxury coach. (or 15-passenger van in case of 14 or less travelers.)
4. Tour manager with up-to-date local knowledge that can be useful beyond the usual guiding practices.
5. Taxes and additional charges. Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.

Price does not include

1. Airline tickets can be purchased at your favorite airline in accordance with the departure date of the program.
2. Individual expenses such as meals, tips, porterage, pay TV, phone calls, etc. In case of single accommodation requested, single supplement applies.
3. Admissions to optional programs.
4. Travel documents, passport, visa and insurance.

Travel documents

Passport and visa requirements have to be checked at your local consular authorities.

Insurance

Although all of our partners, hotels and transportation companies carry liability insurance, we recommend to purchase individual health, accident and baggage insurance.

Liabilities

CC is a tour operator and acts as an agent for the travelers in all matters connected with hotels, tours, transportation and as such, is free of any damage, injury or loss of any cause.

CC reserves the right to make necessary changes, adjustments or substitutions in the itinerary due to unforeseen conditions, in order to maintain maximum convenience and enjoyment of our travelers.

CC reserves the right not to accept or retain any person whose condition or general deportment impedes the operation of the tour, or affects the rights, welfare or enjoyment of our travelers.
